Vacation days are necessary for the soul. If experienced consciously they provide relief from stress and routine as well as a fresh perspective. IN the midst of our pressured, hurried, stressful, and sometimes chaotic lives, we have available to us (without costing a cent) mini mental spa moments.
Within our grasp, at any time and completely within our control, are vacation moments. These moments build the mental and physiological moments of relaxation that quell the burn of day-to-day stress. These actions ultimately even boost the immune system. With that mental and physical refreshment we can give ourselves at any moment of the day, we can create perspective and perhaps affect the course of our experience in a positive way.
